Needed a ride to an appointment so I called transportation. They scheduled me a ride but called me the day before late in the afternoon telling me I needed a note from my doctor. Reschedule my appointment, got note from my doctor then scheduled for transportation 8 DAYS before my appointment (they only require a 3 day notice. Day of appointment, no calls no transportation.
