I was so happy when I arrived. The office was so inviting. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was as if I had been a long time patient instead of my first visit. The day of surgery was also a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly. The nurse and doctor explained the procedure and what to expect. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need.
The Patriot Drive staff and Dr Trulouw are amazing! They were all very friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel at ease right away. Their surgery area and medical facility are far better than the hospital setting. Dr Trulouw is an excellent surgeon. I had breast reduction, everything is even and I look and feel great. His bedside manner is more than expected. He even called me at home the evening of my surgery to ensure I was feeling ok and to see if I had any concerns or questions.
