Firstly, we got there and the owner spent 15 minutes talking to someone before acknowledging our reservations. We had an 11 month old baby, so timing wasn’t our friend. I found it incredibly rude. We rented the 26 foot pontoon which was old, dirty, the carpet was disgusting, the boat wasn’t even in the water, the radio didn’t work, the ladder was detached and nearly impossible to use, the cushions were torn, and all around was very disappointing. Best experience ever!! I HIGHLY recommend using Muskegon boat rentals for your family boat day/bachelorette or bachelor party. From start to finish everyone was beyond helpful. We used this company for my bachelorette trip and Adam is the man!! He helped us with where to go, how to drive the boat, and helped us dock it when there was a mega bass fishing competition going on. Nothing but great things to say about this company, will absolutely use them again for future boat days!!
I'm surprised this place has so few reviews! No, it's not a huge Marina.It's not even a Marina, so you might wait 10 or 15 minutes to have your boat pulled down from around the corner. That being said, Mike and his staff are very kind and helpful. The boat wasn't the newest, but that probably is what allowed us to bring our dog, which was very important to us.
