I am appalled by the lack of accountability, customer service, integrity, and communication of Muskegon Glass. Everyone here is a hot head and so incredibly rude. Muskegon Glass, if you can't take care of your customers and be respectful you probably shouldn't be running a business. My husband also didn't write a review to "feel important" (these were the words from the owner when he went in to get his refund), but to make others aware to probably look else where if they don't want to deal with being called an asshole by you... read more

Never leave reviews on anything. However I feel the need to warn anyone who's considering using them. We dropped our window off on the 21st, they didnt order the glass until the 28th. They claim the first time it came in it broke they didn't communicate this, we had to call and ask when we could expect the glass and repair to be done. We are selling our house, they have no sense of urgency are very rude (owners) I maintained professionalism whilst being told they can't control my life and cussing at me. I listened, went inside and was met wit... read more

My sister and I were leaving Aldea Coffee when we noticed a dog wandering completely loose on the public sidewalk and street. Concerned for the animal's safety, we parked, approached it, and watched it walk right into this shop. Another passerby was concerned and thankful we were going to check out the situation to make s... read more
