Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Dr. Kim who saw me was a great doctor, but the office and office staff is terrible and stuck in the past. Office equipment is completely outdated, and the office staff has no office skills at all. After an hour on the phone, they still were unable to grasp the concept of "email me a receipt". Fail fail fail - I would never go back here, and I wish the excellent Dr. Kim would work at a different office that's easier to deal with

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
