The management and maintenance staff ave been extremely easy to deal with. They communicate my needs very well and handle all request swiftly and promptly.
PMSI was a great company to rent through. The maintenance staff came almost immediately when any problems arose. The company was also really good at responding to emails.

PMSI responds in a very timely manner to any of our houses questions or concerns. They also respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests, and they are very informative about things going on in our house, always. I am a senior and will be graduating this year, but I would highly recommend PMSI to anyone else who would like an honest, comfortable living experience while in Ann Arbor.
