Musick Flowers did a casket spray for my mothers funeral and it was embarrassing! It was a pathetic, pitiful display of incompetent irreverence for a prepaid $400 (to Boren-Connor 10+yrs ago) preordered spray of roses. Instead it was carnations. We had to ask for roses and gladiolas or anything else. They begrudgingly complied. The clerk was hairy and rude and made sure we knew we were bothering her. Horrible experience I ordered online and received a complete different arrangement then what I had ordered online it was not even close to what it was suppose to look like. Waste of time and money I totally DONT recommended this flower shop don’t wast your money or time with them. They wouldn’t give refund at all they did they try to make similar to what is pictured online but it was no where near close to what I ordered . Which was a soft pinks Loya of greenery and got nothing but bright red and purples flowers .

My daughter used this florist to send me flowers for my birthday and because she was in Houston, this florist did not send what my daughter order and paid for. Instead of roses and cater lilies she sent an arrangement with birds of paradise and sun flowers as the main flowers. When my daughter called to tell her I sent her a picture of the flowers and that wasn't what she ordered. The only flower shop that me or my family will ever use. They are professionals that really take pride in their work. They are friendly and make you feel at home when you go into the shop. The atmosphere in Musicks is awesome. i think everyone in Cherokee County should call or visit Musicks
