My in-ear monitors and custom earplugs from Julie have been indispensable. Her demo process was critical for me to choose the right pair for me, and I would have chosen wrong if I hadn't had a chance go through her process. I'm primarily a bass player but also an audio engineer and went with the UE11's purchased during the Ultimate Ears Black Friday sale through Musicians Hearing Solutions.
Dr. Julie and her team were amazing. I'm a drummer/percussionist who plays Broadway shows in NYC, and all of my colleagues recommended her. Unfortunately, I had missed her in NYC before she moved west. Julie is AMAZING. Cannot say enough about the attention to detail, time spent answering questions, and very non-biased approach she provides when choosing the right IEMs for you and/or your clients. There is no one else I would go to. Simply put, if you need to get impressions / IEMs--look no further. Her experience and roster speak for themselves. Not even my go to, but my ONLY choice when I have audiologist needs.
Dr. Glick is a GAME CHANGER!!! I'm autistic with supersonic hypersensitive hearing and I've been looking for good earplugs for years and let me tell you it is so worth getting custom pieces with Dr. Glick! I wear them all day every day and my stress level has definitely decreased without missing anything. Dr. Glick is not only amazing at her job, but she is kind, patient, and (no pun intended) she listens. She is the best audiologist with specialised expertise. I highly recommend her. FIVE STARS. :)
Julie is a fantastic audiologist. I’ve had 5 different sets of molds made from different audiologists during my career and the set made off her mold came back hands down the best. Seal is perfect, and I can wear them for long rehearsals without even thinking about it! She’ll even take care of mailing for you if you’d like, and the price is par with FedEx rates.
