Hi Julie. I used my new Fir Audio CIEM's for the first time on stage this past weekend. Have to say that I chose well. (With your guidance of course. 😉) As a bass player, the kinetic bass thing is awesome. I loved it. I used the backline amp as a low volume stage monitor. The band (especially the drummer) and the soundman loved the lower stage volume. With IEM’s I was able to hear nuances in my sound that I rarely experience. Dr. Julie and her team were amazing. I'm a drummer/percussionist who plays Broadway shows in NYC, and all of my colleagues recommended her. Unfortunately, I had missed her in NYC before she moved west. Julie is as good as it gets in world of hearing and sound. She has extensive knowledge of multiple hearing solutions and is a gem to work with. If you need help with custom musician plugs or hearing aids she is the best person to go to in LA!
