Poor customer service. They respond only when they feel like it. I'd think again before spending thousands of dollars with this firm. I can only imagine what their response will be if you need warranty service on a $2,000 DSP...
I came to Musicar to upgrade my 2015 Lexus RX350 to be Android Auto compatible. From start to finish, the service was exemplary. Sean was very responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The system works seamlessly alongside the manufacturer's settings. I could not be happier with the result.
Does not follow-up on bids as promised. Waste of time to come in, send emails and not even receive consideration to follow-up.
Was excited to call these guys and have my vxi system tuned and look into a future build for my s63 basically told we're not doing anything we don't build! How are you supposed to do business with you or learn about your company then? When asked if anyone they could recommend they basically saying no one's as good as them! Yet you don't want the business you guys are a joke!
