We are so lucky we found Jeff’s music therapy services. From the first minute he started working with my son, he felt so comfortable with him. My son is autistic and mostly nonverbal, he does speak a little, but a few words, rarely in short sentences. To my surprise he was replying to Jeff from the beginning and it literally made me cry, because how wonderful that with his gift of music he can communicate with my son and actually made him speak more. We are looking forward to many more sessions with Jeff, he is simply an ama... read more

My husband has dementia, along with severe depression...it can be difficult to see him truly engaged. When Jeff enters our home, everything changes. My husband immediacy perks up. Jeff's kind personality, genuine interest in my husband, and wonderful musical skills, consistently bring a smile to his face. These moments of joy mean more to us than word can express.

Jeff has been working with my dad for almost three years, and I can honestly say he has been a gift to our entire family. His music therapy sessions bring joy, connection, and calm in a way that few other things can. Jeff meets my dad exactly where he is — with patience, compassion, and an intuitive understanding of how music can unlock memories, emotions, and presence in the moment. Week after week, we’ve seen how Jeff’s sessions lift my dad’s spirits, ease his anxiety, and bring out his sense of humor. It’s one of the few ... read more

Jeff has been working with my 93 year old Mom who has vascular Dementia, for the past 4 months. She loves music and claps along to various songs played on her Alexa all day long. However, she has never sang along. Jeff came and played her old time favorites and she was singing away! It was magic! He would sing and stop at certain intervals and she would take over and complete the lyrics. He opened up a whole new world for her that I never knew existed. Another music therapist had played for her but she never participated. Je... read more

We just started with Jeff and music therapy, mom has had 2 sessions, and I can tell she really enjoys it. Mostly because she told me, and with the dementia, she doesn't talk as much. Her smile was from Ear to Ear! It made my heart happy!!! It is not always easy to get through to people with dementia, but Jeff has a gift and I could sense it right when they sang together! Jeff is passionate about helping others; through his music and jovial personality! He teaches his clients how to see their potential to sing again, relive t... read more
