Personally I have dealt with Todd and Scott for 9+ Years now. Both are honest and fair with the Proverbial Pawn Brokers Diamond so to speak and yet they are both empathetic to a degree per SE. Great service with integrity. I went in because I had a few issues with my bass. Instead of giving me the run around, Todd helped me get tuned up free of charge. I will be going back next time I need something.
