Horrible experience with this company and their awful customer service. They consistently fail to deliver on time, making it pointless to rely on them. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that honors its commitments. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they’d get.
Delivery is sporadic to non-existent. I keep paying for a cooler without water!
The service is always wonderful, and anytime I call the office, Beth is just so kind and accommodating. I am definitely a happy customer!
