I had my sons alto sax repaired. I moved out of the state and called Music Matters to find out if they could ship the instrument to my new addresss. They did with no problems. I love the professionalism of the employees that work in the store and the fact that they shipped the instrument with any questions. I want everyone that reads this comment to know to trust Music Matters to take care them, the employees and the store are awesome as my son would say.
