Anyone else having issues with Baldwin music school? I was “auto-enrolled” back in March because I didn’t let the leader know in time so told her that I didn’t want to sign up a couple of days after her deadline. Now she’s threatening to send my payment to collections for a service that I neither wanted nor used. I have been emailing her all morning to try to resolve this but she’s not being helpful. The class is okay but they auto enroll you into the next session and try to make you pay even if you aren’t attending. Not a great business practice.

Thank you for your feedback. Auto enrollment was a suggestion from families in the program. 🎶 They asked that we communicate the policy and make it a simple process to enroll, which we have been doing for the past 10 years.
I love Baldwin! I drove from KY to take my kids here because they are that good! They are engaging to all ages and pass on their love of music to the kids!! My kids started there at age 6 and are both still involved in music (10 year old auditioned and made the Concert Strings at Northern Kentucky School of Music and my 14 year old has played violin and been in band since 4th grade). Thank you for sharing the love of music!
We love Baldwin Music Education Center! So pleased we tried it out. We now have a kindergartener finishing his first full year and a preschooler just starting the program. The teachers bring tremendous energy and the kids respond!
