I had to take my acoustic guitars in to be setup, and the staff was very cool! Talked to Josh about my guitars and he had them ready when he said they'd be. The staff was great and took care of me, and also the young lady who helped me was very professional and very friendly and knew what she was doing. I'm not going to lie, I've avoided music stores becuse ive had bad experiences or the staff was too involved with other shit and didn't even acknowledge i was there so i usually just deal with online. but after my first time ... read more
