I do not advise using this company and would give zero stars if possible. Music City Tree Service sent an estimator to our home to quote tree removal. They followed up via email with an agreement which we signed and sent back approving the quoted price. The owner and his crew showed up 2 days later on Thursday to start the job. He was very upset (mad in fact) and advised his estimator underquoted the job. They started the removal but quit about an hour into the job and left stating the would return the next day. First of all we work solely on integrity Upon arriving at Mr. and Mrs. ********* home I informed them that indeed my estimator had drastically underbid the job. As well as did not list the correct equipment needed for the job. Mr. and Mrs. ******* had a very large cedar tree that was busted and laying in another tree as well as one lead hanging over backyard area that was very hazardous and could come down on them or someone else at any time. I told Mr. ******* that we would remove all the hazard and get everything on the gr... read more
