I've used David many times to help out with larger jobs. David is always there to help. He always does his best. His pride of his work really shows. Music City Tile and Grout has the equipment needed to get the job done right and efficiently. David will always do what it takes to finish the job and make his customer happy. I can't say that about many people.
Horrible customer service. Business hours advertised open on Sundays. I call leave a voicemail asking for someone to return my call no response next day no response. I completed an online inquiry form asking about an estimate and a returned call. They email back stating the minimum is $195. Y’all about bad customer service! 24 hours has past and I haven’t heard anything back.
