The clues were there from the day I bought the car. The body of the car had dents and blemishes that were obscured by the ad, and they didn't say anything about it when I told them I was driving from Indiana to buy the car. Literally everything that Brad is saying is false. I absolutely did not tell him to F off. Quite the contrary I told him that I would send him another bill of sale with what ever he wants on it. This is literally the first time that a DMV has rejected our bill of sale in 8 years of operation. I would find it unbelievable, however considering the person that the DMV was dealing with, I could understand why they are giving him a hard time.
