Was in need of a primary care doctor and saw this one, spoke to a lady and clearly said I was Having a arm problem and she took 20 min to get all my appointment and was able to get me in the same day. I had To leave work only get here early only to find out that they closed their primary care two months ago and never updated any of their info and neglected to inform their outsourced phone lines. Nurse practioner Hannah saw me for my new patient exam. They couldn't even do my exam in the same day. Super confused. It was just a talking appointment... also they don't do any testing in office & if you have issues, you get referred out for everything. Even birthcontrol. It was a very unhelpful visit. Her own staff sounds like they don't respect her either. They talk over her. Front desk is just rude to everyone

Used to be great but the nurse doesn’t like to help patients with PA’s needed to get procedures approved. Time to find a new primary care

When I first moved to Nashville, I had the hardest time, finding a primary care provider that took my insurance and could also get me into the office nearly a month earlier than any other providers. The team at Music City Primary is so friendly and it’s very clear that the doctor and the nurses enjoy what they do. I highly recommend!
