Doesn’t respect patient time, waited over an hour with no communication on timing to be seen. The office was completely empty so no excuse for me waiting over a hour. Front desk fellas were nice and seemed frustrated by her lack of time management. I will never be back .
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at any medical practice. After my eye exam, I asked for my prescription because I figured I should get a pair of glasses to go with my usual contacts order and was told to “check the portal”—something I was never informed about in the two years I’ve been going there. No guidance or link was provided. They also made comments about “considering quality,” clearly pushing me to purchase glasses through them (all documented over text). I love working with Dr. Connie. She has a great bedside manner, and a great team at the office, with great designer glasses to choose from. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist in town!

Dr. James is awesome! I recently had some really bad eye pain and she not only provided immediate relief but then helped fight insurance issues with the pharmacy to get me immediate relief and healing. Great support staff as well.
