Renter beware. They will try to charge a cleaning fee. Please google tenant laws for Tennessee which does not allow that. They can only deduct from deposit for damage. I cleaned my unit and was told I was going to be charged a cleaning fee when unit had not been viewed. I took pics and time and date stamp video. I was then told I would not be charged. Stephen is nice but apartment is not
