Honestly best Dentist I’ve had so far. They’re very gentle and thorough. I used to go to the dentist in Tazewell, which was Lutz Family Dentistry, and they utterly sucked. The old man who use to run the place, I think Dr. Lutz, he was nice but then his kids took over and they were horrible… I had Lutz son and when he was doing a cavity on me, he didn’t numb me enough and so when he was drilling, I had jerked away purely on instinct because it was such a sharp shock of pain. Great great great people and excellent work and treat you like family.
Dr musick is great and I can not say a bad word about her but the office and the way they operate things is suss. I was extremely ill with low potassium and didn’t even know I was part of the world and they patently rescheduled some appointments without speaking with me and just sent a voicemail with no details just the persons name and then discontinued my daughter for 3 no call no shows when they was appointments that I wasn’t even aware they made.
