Awesome location, great landlord and maintenance. It is a place you can call home. Not a bunch of apartments crammed next to each other with 2 stories. I come home and have peace and quiet
lived here for 2 years. Walls are thin, but it will be hard to find an apartment in a better neighborhood at a better price than this.
