Tried this spot for the first time. My partner and I got the curry, fries, and 3 baos each. We love to eat! The food was super tasty, fresh, and seasoned. I just wished the curry was thicker. We also got dessert: Soy sauce ice cream and banana biscoff ice cream were great. Everything came out quickly, correct, and fresh. As far as the drinks, the Thai Tea Martini was AMAZING! Service is friendly. But - the dynamic flavors and such that everyone is praising to the ends of the earth here in their Google Reviews... was nowhere to be found within my experience. Pork belly is usually my favorite in Asian dishes, but the pork belly bao bun was very bland - not even a hint of salt. Even the umami fries did not taste how it sounds. Overall - very disappointed.
The shrimp bao were delicious! The only thing is that the bun wasn’t quite like a traditional bao bun. The beef bowls were also very good, though I would have loved a little more beef and a little less rice. And the lychee drink was absolutely amazing!
Love love love. Better than what I expected. Cant wait to return! Haley was a phenomenal and the Pork Bao had me ordering a second.
