I lived here 2023-2025 which was way too long to deal with this building. Management turns over way too frequently for long-term issues to be addressed. There are horrendous roach and rodent issues (which they know about), pest control is not enough. The heat is sporadic in the winter and maintenance is not consistent. Washing machines and dryers always out of order. The price does not reflect the benefits of living here besides its location. Spend your money elsewhere. Sarah is a fantastic representation of excellence. She has a very pleasant and genuine demeanor. I felt like this place was home. I can envision myself returning home from flying across the nation.
