The manager, Christina, does a fabulous job and is incredibly nice! She has helped us with selecting multiple storage units and always keeps in mind our needs and factoring the location and semi truck access. SHE IS THE BEST! The Ridge at Meadowlake Apartments

I have had a unit at this location for almost 5 years. For the last 3 I have not received a Bill and have told them about it but they blow it off saying that the computer prints all of them out. They would not sort through the next printing of bills to see if it printed mine. I DO get the notice I am late and have been locked out and I DO get notices about changes to the rental cost....frustrating that they do not seem to care....I recently got broken into and although the manager called to tell me the lock was missing and t... read more

My fiance and I have had a storage unit here for the past 2 years. We never had any problems until recently- like within the last 4 or 5 months. We receive a bill only sporadically, though we know how much the bill will be and pay at the beginning of each month. Twice, now, we have tried to access our unit through the gate (a code is required to enter) only to see the message Access Denied- Locked Out. Especially infuriating is the fact that when we look at our bank account, we can see where the fine people at Museum Road St... read more

i had a storage unit with these people for 2 years always paid my bill. without contacting me and with errors in their accounting the auctioned off my unit. then when i asked for information on why and how could they do it they just got rude. they gave all my family photos and belongings to some strange. i would only rent from them if you want your items stolen and sold out from under you.
