There is a reciprocal membership from the Assoc of Science and Tech Centres for Fernbank GA members, and over 200 other science museums very nice! Just remember to bring your membership card.

Classic MOS stuff: baby chickens, dinosaur poop, the Omni theater, musical stairs, the jump wall, lightning show, bees and astronaut ice cream. Glad it didn't change in the last 20 years.
Great fun for the kids! Despite not liking math, the kids LOVED the Mathematica exhibit & the physics.
Go pee before you leave the house!
The live simulator experience (near the discovery room) is in drastic need of a graphics update. Not worth it. If you do go, sit in the front row.
