Terrible experience. I paid $243 to have my ears done & get a pair of studs. A month after going in I took my studs out as instructed. There was a funnel of skin protruding from my ear when I removed the stud. The piece of skin fell off and my piercing began to fill with blood & puss after removal. I cannot put the studs back in as the hole is now filled with the blood & puss. The pair of studs that I bought for over $120 are also broken. Hi Sarah, Im so sorry you’re having issues! It seems there has been some kind of miscommunication. All of our piercing jewelry has a lifetime warranty. You may come in anytime for a replacement piece. If we cant replace it we can have it repaired for you. As for your piercing, if you are having problems, you are welcome to swing in and have a piercer take a look at it for you free of charge. I had my industrial done with another piercing but it ending up botched. I found Michael and his staff by pure luck. He cleaned and removed my original piercing (it was really bad) all without charge. He let me know that the info I received from the original piercer was incorrect and told me everything I needed to know. He scheduled me a few weeks later to redo my industrial on the other side. Got my septum done by Michael in the downtown studio, everything was clean, quick, and very clear. I left MOLA understanding everything I would need to do for my aftercare and COMPLETELY satisfied with how I looked. I will DEFINITELY be back.
