I've been coming to this nail salon for years. They pride themselves on customer service and quality. My nails always come out beautiful and should you challenge them with something out of the ordinary, they rise to the occasion. This is not a place that has you waiting around. If you have an appointment, you have an appointment, and I appreciate that. I travel 45 minutes to an hour to come here, that should say something.

I come routinely for princess treatment at Muses Nails. This week I did a beachy-bright summer color and design. My nails are hot pink and orange ombré. I love this place because they can do unique designs and classic looks. When I first came here 1 year ago my nails were brittle and chipped from previous nail salons and acrylic tips. Now, my natural nails are very strong and long. You have to trust the process and be consistent. The customer service is great. Everyone is very accommodating. I used to come here for years I stayed because I hate change but I couldn’t take it anymore I had to leave. The owner is horrible and unprofessional. The colors that are on the sample and the color that goes on your nails are two totally different colors. You don’t get the color you picked then they blame you when you’re upset. Getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing. Not worrying if the color you picked is the color you’re getting.
