Have been living here for 3 years, from front desk to property manager, they are all doing great job. Not sure why where are many 2/3 star reviews, I think this a great condo. Staff deserve more recognition!!! Be nice to them and they will be nice to you!
This is a fantastic set of condos. I like the concierge, Baldminder Singh especially, and his ability to hold down the fort. Unfortunately, he disappeared during the fire that the Firelord, Brad Lamb, started. The sudanese avatar left when Toronto needed him most.
I’ve lived in the building for five years and have had no complaints! The location is fantastic, and the staff has always been accommodating and responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend this building to young professionals and families
