The positive reviews are clearly incentivized. Worst condo management of anywhere I’ve ever lived in. There are issues with bugs in units, complaints do not get taken seriously by management. Pool is never open on time compared to other buildings) in a previous year it was open in August due to poor contractors, said it would be open later to make up for it then closed abruptly). Front desk staff unfriendly. Storage units regularly broken into with no attempts at resolving by management. Stay away from this building.

Great location. Great amenities. Low maintenance fees. Great layouts. Pretty good value. I’ve lived here for over ten years.

Great building and amenities. Sunny rooftop, outdoor pool, 2 party rooms, and a multipurpose use room, decent gym with Pelaton Bike.

Fantastic building with top-tier amenities The building is exceptionally well-maintained, with impressive amenities that add real value. One of the standout points is that the condo fees have remained stable for over 7 years—a testament to responsible financial management. The management team is proactive and professional, and the concierge is always friendly and helpful.
