This facility over charged on the co-pay. They charged $50 when per Ins it should have been $20. Will not refund the $180 difference until they have received all payment from Ins. To top it off, they have yet to file for payment from Ins. On top of the fact that the adjustments were rough, treatment inconsistent and pain worsened. I would NEVER recommend this Chiropractic facility.
I have been going to this chiropractor for several years and he and his family are great. They do therapuetic massage before adjustments, and I found this is the best practice. I have tried other chiropracters who did not do this practice and I came out hurting worse and had to seek Dr. Muse out for help. Great service and great people!
I love the Chiropractors and the back office staff at both the Oklahoma City and Moore offices. My only complaint is the front office woman receptionist at the Oklahoma SW City office, I don't know her name, but she comes off a bit abrupt and even rude. Once you get past her, you will be glad you came.
