First time at Muse and I had such a great experience! Nicole was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was so attentive to what I wanted. Huge shout out to Nicole! My hair is thick, dry, and frizzy. I've always felt self conscious about going to salons but thought I'd take the chance and I'm glad I did! Nicole was amazing! She gave me tips and tricks and even recommendations. I got the designer haircut and did the kerastase treatment and my hair feels lighter and smoother than before. I'm so in love and I can't stop touching my hair. Highly recommend her!

Exceptional! From the moment I called Muse to make an appt, to falling asleep in their soft recliner chairs for shampoo & conditioner, to when I left with gorgeous soft hair, I was impressed. I followed Michael to Muse, when Paul Brown Salon closed in Kakaako. I live in Hawaii Kai and with a 10am appt, the relaxing drive was great, only 32 minutes, driving mellow.
