I came to this salon because of its high ratings on Google, trusting the stylists’ professionalism despite the long distance from my home. I was full of expectations and took the time to clearly describe the hairstyle I wanted, even showing a reference photo. However, the result was deeply disappointing. My bangs were cut way too short, completely different from the style in the photo, and uneven to the point of looking messy.
