I arrived at the salon at 8:55 AM, and it was completely empty. I waited for 30 minutes, but no one showed up. This raised a couple of concerns: first, is there no concern for security when the salon is left open but unattended? Second, I wasn’t the only one affected—three other potential clients came and left during that time. It’s very strange for a business to be open but have no staff present.
