Living here has been a nightmare. There are always homeless people hanging around the property — I’ve even seen people arrested right outside. It’s loud at night with people yelling, and it feels unsafe. The garage is constantly broken and unreliable, yet management has no urgency to fix it. Cars are towed for no reason, creating even more stress for residents. The worst part is that Roman, the property manager, is never available. RUNN! Is all I have to say about this place.
This complex has some of the nicest floor plans I've seen in this area. The units are great and Sterling (one of the leasing office reps) is extremely nice and has gone out of his way to help me. However, the garage gates are very frequently broken and one of them opens out towards you to the point it almost hits your car lol. My biggest concern is that the main elevators have been out of order since Hurricane Beryl. It is wild that it has been over 2 months for the main elevators from the garage that goes to the units to be... read more
