I lived at the Muse for just over a year. The experience started out positive, but by January 2020 every thing went downhill. I had an active leak in my bathroom above a light fixture. It took 4 plus months to get repaired. I requested a mold inspection because I saw spots on the wall, and no one checked for it. I feel for the person who lives in that apartment now as I suspect mold does exist. During the Covid shutdown, human urine and feces surrounded the property. My fiancé and I have always been those easy-going rule follower renters. Never been late for a single payment. When we finally left Muse, it was because we bought a house, not even because we wanted out. We didn’t leave on bad terms and honestly really enjoyed most of our time at this complex up until the beginning of this year. Muse needs to stop their shady business practices of leasing a large portion of their apartments to Sonders to sublet on Airbnb and allow a revolving door of strangers come into our gates with short term stays without proper background checks. This company is leasing here for the cost of a Motel 6. I feel so lied to and can't believe I'm paying what I am to live in a place that has to resort to this type of activity to get by. Fantastic apartment.I have loved living here
We have been living at The Muse for over a year. The staff here is absolutely amazing. The leasing staff Jenny, Zach, Alyce, and David are the most friendly, wonderful people and they make it an absolute joy to live here! They made the move-in process extremely easy and welcoming. Every time I have an issue (hardly ever) they are so helpful and truly care about me and my family. I have two dogs and a new baby and my other half is often out of town for work. We love it here at Muse! As first time renters, we are so impressed by the entire staff who know us by name (looking at you Zach)! The grounds are gorgeous, and the pool is like a resort (towel service, too). To top it off, our furry friends are welcomed with their own beautiful dog park. This has got to be the best place in Phoenix to live!
