My visit was quick friendly and professional. Staff and my surgeon were fantastic,
I give the Dr. The billing and accounting departments are the worst -10 rating from me. They don't file insurance correctly or post payments. Pay attention to your bills and insurance EOB'S. I was billed several thousand and it should have been a few hundred they have not posted one payment yet. This has been going on for months. I have sent letters and made calls to no avail. As much as I liked the Dr. not sure I will use him again because of the battle with accounting.
