Went there for work.
The worse place for customer service I have ever visited. One window open for over an hour when the line was out the door. The tag office should be audited to determine why this is a problem.
It's terrible for people to be waiting in line for 2 hours.
I truly believe that the people that are supposed to be of service here are trained to find a reason to send people away rather than help them. I’m sure they have some good laughs in the break room. I despise that place. It’s a far cry from Harris County tag office.
I am military and not a GA resident. I checked online and called ahead to verify all documents to register a car in GA. The information on the website and what’s required are different and not specific. I guess you need to show your CAC, orders, and LES to tag office, but they still didn’t believe I was military. Also need GA insurance to register regardless of resident status.
