It’s the most unorganized places i ever been too. Be ready to for a 2 hour wait.
Absolutely the worst tag office I've ever dealt with!!!! Every time you call this office you are on hold for over two hours or after holding for 30 minutes and you are fourth in line, you're disconnected. Working for a dealership for 42 years this is got to be one of the most mismanaged offices I've ever had to deal with. And it doesn't matter if you call with a complaint on how a customer was treated by one of their employees, nothing gets done. Ridiculous!
Heard a lot of awful things about this office, but had a really smooth and easy experience getting my cars registered. Great staff!
The fact I almost passed out in the line and there was probably roughly 20-25 people in line… waited standing for 2 hours and a half from 11am to 2:30ish pm just for them to tell me I was missing a piece of paper not listed in the requirements. A disgrace there were 4 ladies working but were they??? There were so many pauses and the ladies having chats amongst each other while the line stayed still for a hour and a half … who knows how long the others had already waited standing feet hurt so bad I took my shoes off damn near... read more
Called the office. Heard "please continue to hold as your call is important to us. You position in line is 32". Then you get hung up on.
