Every time I go in no matter how long its been. Ken and Troy always welcome me and get me up to speed on their new products. I love the way I am never followed or pressured to buy something. The honesty that is in the store is like no other. Ken will explain and be honest about a product even if it means losing a sale or buying a cheaper product. Ken is AMAZING!! Every time I go in there he is always so helpful and makes sure I get the best products suitable for me, and if I'm unsure he sends me home with samples to decide. He even tracked down my favorite Amino Acids to get it back on his shelves for me. This is and always will be the only supplement store I shop at.
Customer service is outstanding! They know a lot about the supplements and other stuff too. They also have their own supplement called Phenom which I definitely recommend to any young athletes out there.
Best supplement store around. I went in not sure about what preworkout I wanted to purchase. The owner talked to me for 20 minutes before sending me home with a half dozen samples to try. He could have sold me something that wasn't the best product for me, but instead he gave me options, even if he didn't make a sale. I have been a loyal customer ever since then. Go in and talk to them. They know their stuff.
I went in the store today just to look around and i felt welcomed right away. I wasn't asked a ton of questions or followed around the store. I met Ken and Troy who were both very nice to me and I spoke to Ken about complete protein cookies. Also because i felt so comfortable in the store and was able to browse at my leisure i ended up purchasing new protein which i desperately needed but hadn't purchased yet due to a negative experience at a vitamin store franchise which i will not name.
