Had exam and picked frames over a month ago. Still no glasses. Was told when I called that the frames were out of stock and they would call. Medicaid paid for them but I have nothing.
After over a month they finally got my glasses in. I was told two times that the lab they use lost my glasses. I would call every week for an update because they didn’t update me at all expect when I called. They kept telling me it would take another week. Very dishonest especially for the amount of money I spent on two pairs. Did not even apologize or offer a discount for their mistakes. Will never do business here again.
I had a great experience at Muscle Shoals Eye Center. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I hadn’t had an eye exam in many years, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. Dr. Kachelman was patient, kind, and successful with my fussy 2 year old. Everyone on staff was welcoming and accomodating. Excellent service by excellent people.
They're incompetent. A year I got 3rd bill after paid in full. Argued repeatedly I was at wrong place to pick up my glasses with me telling them they spelled name wrong. This was on 2nd attempt because was told they was ready & wasn't after verifying twice on phone. Most incompetence I've ever seen in one place..
