Root intrusion in the sewer line had been causing slow drains throughout the whole house for months. Muscle Rooter LLC came out, ran a camera down the line, showed me exactly what was happening, cleared it thoroughly. First time anyone had actually diagnosed the problem properly rather than just clearing the surface blockage.

I encourage you to ask for costs upfront before Jose gets started on the job. the plumbing work was done, but had I not questioned the cost for the job I would’ve been completely overcharged. 3 stars because he did resolve it when I reached out about how much he over charged me but hopefully others don’t have to

I called on jose the same day I needed service for my clogged drain , he showed up within a couple hours, He made an evaluation on my pipes and discovered that they were compacted with grease and that they needed to be replaced . He went to work right away , he was fast , honest and very professional, he showed me the old pipes and he was he was spot on his evaluation.
