Alicia really knows her stuff! This was my second time visiting her and I’m beyond pleased with the results. The atmosphere of her space is immediately relaxing. She can gauge pain tolerance really well, (a huge bonus for someone like me whose pain tolerance is pretty low), and is proficient in focusing on areas that need the most attention. Alicia's a great, reliable massage therapist. I've been to several PTs that do either massage or stretchwork, but she's the first that easily incorporates both in each session. I'm constantly training for triathlons, marathons, and muscle-building, and Alicia always hits the nail on the head with identifying pain points and getting trouble spots to relax. Definitely returning throughout training in the future.
