This was my first time doing any sort of massage therapy, and Harsh did an amazing job explaining everything he was going to do. He focused on my lower body muscles, specifically my calves and hamstrings, as well as my upper back. We did cupping in my upper back and for my legs as well. This combination really loosened everything up, and I really recommend it to anyone who does a lot of activity every week.
Do yourself a favour and go see Harsh if you’re in pain. He is easy to talk to, and really knows what he’s doing. I’ve gone to him a few times with different issues, and every single time I left feeling so much better. Can’t recommend him enough.
