Lived in town for 7 months came here almost daily. This place has all you need if you know how to work out and even if you’re new to the gym game theres no judgment here. Ive worked out since i was 15 now 51 and i would highly recommend this place even if you’re just passing through . Yes, the equipment is old but everything is clean and functional, 24hr access key fob, owner Josh is a great guy always there and the local people working out are all great and positive. This place slaps. Definitely the most anabolic place I’ve ever been. Most of the equipment looks like it came straight out of a Ronnie Coleman video. The people were super chill too.
Went back to this gym after 2 yrs, it is much less crowded now and alot cleaner/organized not perfect but good. Best gym I've gone to better than iron fitness and TD athletes club pluse it's cheaper than those 2 aswell. 101% recommend this game it is amazing.
Incredible, old school gym. I walked in tonight and knew I was at home. Josh is a great guy! The rest of the clients also seem chill.
