I’ve been training at Muscle City Bentleigh East for over five years now, and honestly, it’s one of the best gyms around. The staff are friendly, down-to-earth and always happy to help. The members are respectful and motivated—it’s got a real community vibe without the ego. The equipment is solid, there’s plenty of space, and it’s open 24/7 which is perfect for my schedule. Whether you’re just starting out or a serious lifter, this gym caters to everyone. Couldn’t recommend it more.
