Alex has worked with myself and my mother, with wonderful healing and generosity. Her ability to translate her expertise into practical knowledge is part of that natural generosity i speak of. If you are curious about your body, she will facilitate healing and understanding, something i always look for in body work so that i may move forward in healthier ways.
Alex is incredible. She is intuitive, listens and has the skill and experience to understand and apply that to your type of problem and lifestyle. After a year of dealing with physical therapy and getting shoulder injections I found Alex and am FINALLY feeling full range of motion again. I'm on the mend and pain is no longer constant and is going away.
