Both times I've purchased at Muscatel Burns its been a good experience. This time from sales to making the purchase was a breeze. They were there to answer any questions I had about the new vehicle. I look forward to bringing the new vehicle there for service as well.
I recently purchased a Ford F150 from Matthew. I worked with both Matthew and Elliot. Both were extremely professional and very straightforward. They were very honest about pricing and what was being offered to me without being pushy in any way. All of the other staff I interacted with while I was there (Primarily Olee and Carson) were also friendly and professional. It was a wonderful experience and I would 100% buy here again!
