SO hard to get through to someone - it took at least 5 phone calls and messages, no one returned my call. When I finally got through they were super rude (except for Brian). Made me feel super uncomfortable, would not recommend.
Disgustingly dated rooms, even though I saw staff cleaning everywhere they can't take a 60 year old room and make it look clean. The beds? Awful!!! My shoulder is killing me!!! I was left standing around for over 20 minutes for someone to let me in to the sleep lab after pressing the intercom button 4 times (trying to be patient!). The over night people are great.
