The scheduling department for virtual visits is so rude and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a visit with Dr Walters but was called after my appointment was supposed to start and told she was “sick” but I could see a PA later the same day instead. After my appt, I called to ask if I could see Dr.Walter’s for my follow up since that’s who I originally was scheduled with. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in for an appointment yesterday. He (Dr. Joseph Mctavish) spent a total of 10 minutes with me and did nothing but fat shame me for the duration instead of actually going over my symptoms. Leaving this appointment I was completely distraught. My symptoms were spent under the rug! Advising a patient to “eat fruit and walk and you’ll be okay”. I have never been to a doctor's office that is so responsive. Dr Cunningham it's a godsend, and goes out of her way to make herself personally available between visits. For the first time, I feel confident in my medical care. Most sincerely, thank you.

Lazy staff, called looking for a specific doctor, spelled out their name only to be told “we don’t have a provider by that name here” tried a different number only to be transferred to the very same receptionist and this time somehow the provider was suddenly in the system this time. This is embarrassingly bad. Based on the other reviewers it doesn’t seem the doctors here are any better.
