I cannot express enough gratitude to the emergency room team at MUSC in Downtown Charleston. My mother was brought in right within the critical "golden window" for a stroke, and the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. She was admitted for two nights, and thanks to the prompt, skillful, and compassionate intervention of the doctors and nurses, she made a full recovery within a week. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication and expertise during such a crucial time.
