My friend and i have been waiting 4 hours and 11 minutes and still haven’t been seen the guy working is so slow, this is so sad and unbelievable, that this industry is understaffed.

The place is overwhelmed but I was impressed by a lot of staff, notably Tahouni. He came and offered my friend a blanket despite being at the end of a very long shift and about to leave for the day. What a guy, had a similar interaction with him years ago.

Absolutely disgusting. Been to a lot of ERs in my lifetime. The room, my mother was put into had blood all over the sink, the floors and walls were so dirty! The bathroom door; on the lock had chunks of blood and just goopy stuff which I did not realize until I went to leave the bathroom, which means I touched that to lock the door, the floors were sopping wet and smelled of strong, strong urine. You know, I don't like to complain about medical professionals, but I have to on this one bc it could've risked my life due to the lack of care. I went to the ER the other day for extreme pain, inflammation, nausea, ect. I had a mass...a clear mass. But, was COMPLETELY dismissed...I have mastitis... Which, if I just listened to them, and not my body, could've lead to sepsis and possible death. Just do better and care. Stop being so dismissive. Find another profession if this isn't it for you.
