Worst ER I’ve ever been to. Ridiculous wait times with no updates or help.
Thursday September 18 th had appointment with Anastasia department for pre op during pre exam my EKG showed extreme A fib they rushed me in an ambulance to emergency cardiology where the doctors & nurses & staff were wonderful, I feel so blessed to have MUSC thankyou
I was here on a work trip with my husband from Georgia when my heart went haywire. He rushed me to the ER and they immediately went to work. During my visit, they did an X-ray that showed I wasn’t having a heart attack but I do have something on my lungs. They then told me I needed an CT scan to have a better view of what was going on. The CT scan showed I have 2 nodules, one on each lung. They were very nice and talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. The care was amazing!! Amazing staff. Wonderful care! I will say one nice truly stands out! Kyra H! She was with me while I was admitted in the 8d department!! She is beyond amazing. A breath of fresh air!!! You can see her constantly helping other nurses and other patients that aren’t even hers! She treats everyone with the upmost respect and always has a smile on her face. With my disease I’ve encountered a lot of nurses over the past 8 years and to put it simply she is the best of the best. Musc i truly hope you know how BLESSED you are to have... read more
